Timber
Timber surface is easy to paint and can be fitted horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Timber has been kiln-dried for extra stability which reduces twisting. It is Ideal for internal and external cladding applications. We always keep it clean and recoat all sides with a suitable preserver to help prevent splitting, warping and rot. The preserver is not only used on cut ends but in drill holes too to prolong the life of the timber.
Composite Wood
Composite wood is a cost-effective alternative to natural wood, and it has various advantages over timber. It requires very low maintenance as it is moisture resistant. Composite wood is less affected by cracking and warping as well. The maintenance cost is also very low as it requires no painting or gluing or sanding. It looks and feels like natural wood and can be 100% recycled. It has same effective look on both sides. Composite wood products are more durable and safer as it is insect-proof and splinter-free.
