Do aluminium gates rust?
No, aluminium gates are rust-free. Aluminium contains no iron, so it cannot rust in the way steel can. It also naturally forms a protective oxide layer, making it a strong choice for outdoor use.
Are aluminium gates as strong as steel gates?
Aluminium is lighter than steel but still provides excellent security for residential use. For high-security commercial applications, steel is typically the stronger choice. For residential driveways, aluminium provides great security while being corrosion-free and easier to automate.
Can aluminium gates be automated?
