Sometimes, original products may be different from those shown in the pictures because of picture editing, material used or colours.

  • Availability of products

  • Delivery
      1. You need to pay for delivery unless we occasionally offer free delivery, which we will mention beforehand as required. The delivery fee depends upon various factors like your location, Product details, or delivery speed, but it is not limited to these. Please note that we predominantly deliver to addresses inside the United Kingdom. We can provide international delivery, but the cost will be higher.
      2. It is your responsibility to provide us accurate delivery address as we will only deliver to the location that you would have confirmed in your request. Please be exact about where and who you might want the products left in case you are not available when we deliver. We cannot acknowledge any risk for any misfortune or harm to the products once they have been delivered as per your directions except if this is brought about by our carelessness.
      3. We are not responsible for any harm caused during travel or upon delivery if you pick a distinctive courier instead of the one we use.       6. We are not responsible for any delay if an item gets lost in transit. For items under £300, we need 5 to 15 days to investigate, and if our courier company confirms the lost item, we will provide you with a replacement. For any item above £300, we need 28 or more days until our courier company confirms that they can help you with the replacement item.
      7. During a heavy workload, some orders might be delayed, but our aim is to provide you with the best and fastest service. Under any circumstance, if any delay occurs, we will inform you and try to fulfil your order ASAP.
      8. For small orders, if you miss delivery, contact us ASAP to reschedule. Sometimes, the courier company reschedules automatically, and they try 2-3 times to deliver the items to you. Charges may apply. Otherwise, the item will return to us, which will take a few days as well. After that, you have to reschedule with us, and full delivery charges will apply at that time. We provide tracking details for each order for hassle-free delivery.
      9. Once delivered, items become your property, and you are responsible for any loss, damage, or demolition. Please guarantee that you are in receipt of your products before arranging an installer. 
      10. We are not liable for misfortunes you may cause through missed delivery times or harm got during travel. If you hang your gates before informing us of any delivery damage or faults then we are under no commitment to repair, replace or discount them.
      11. If the courier company cannot cope with their delivery time slot service mentioned to you we are not responsible for that. Use of abusive language or calling names to us or our delivery employee is strictly prohibited. We have the right to take legal action for such misbehaviour.

  • Installation
      1. We are not responsible for any damage, injury or loss of life caused by any other installer. All automated gates must be inspected with right amount of pressure before installation and make sure to do additional safety checks as these can lead to profoundly serious injuries and even death. Feel free to contact us for any safety advice beforehand.
  • Cancellation by you
    1. Bespoke item contracts cannot be cancelled by you once ordered. This puts them outside of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
    2. If you have received the bespoke goods before you cancel your contract, you must send them back to our contact address. If we have already processed the goods for delivery but you want to cancel the contract,you should not unpack the goods when you receive them, and you will be responsible for sending them back to us at your own risk ASAP.
    3. You must notify us via email to info@metalgatesuk.co.uk about the cancellation of your contract, any amount debited by us from you will be re-credited to your account ASAP, and in any event, within 30 days of cancellation. However, the returned products must be in a re-sellable condition otherwise, a charge up to the amount of 20% will be deducted from your refund. For bespoke goods which will be cancelled after entering the manufacturer’s stated, only 30% of the amount will be refunded.
    4. For Bespoke orders which are not refundable after the manufacturing, if you want to cancel the order, you must be notified within 2 working days of payment. 
    5. For the returning items which are not faulty, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for their delivery. 
    6. We will take responsibility for fixing any faulty item unless it is damaged after delivery any damage must be reported while delivering to the courier however we still help the customer in case they fail to report the issue while delivering as long as the arrangement will be in good manners. 
    7. For the returning items which are not faulty, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for their delivery. 
    8. You can receive a full refund if you cancel before the drawing is confirmed or within two days of payment.
  • Cancellation by us
    1. We have the right not to process your order if:
  • Items are not available in stock.
  • We cannot deliver to your mentioned address
  • Any items are mispriced by our supplier due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information
  1. We will inform you about the cancellation via email and any amount debited by us will be refunded to you ASAP and in any event within 30 days of cancellation.

      1. You need to pay for delivery unless we occasionally offer free delivery, which we will mention beforehand as required. The delivery fee depends upon various factors like your location, Product details, or delivery speed, but it is not limited to these. Please note that we predominantly deliver to addresses inside the United Kingdom. We can provide international delivery, but the cost will be higher.
      2. It is your responsibility to provide us accurate delivery address as we will only deliver to the location that you would have confirmed in your request. Please be exact about where and who you might want the products left in case you are not available when we deliver. For items under £300, we need 5 to 15 days to investigate, and if our courier company confirms the lost item, we will provide you with a replacement. For any item above £300, we need 28 or more days until our courier company confirms that they can help you with the replacement item.
      7. During a heavy workload, some orders might be delayed, but our aim is to provide you with the best and fastest service. Under any circumstance, if any delay occurs, we will inform you and try to fulfil your order ASAP.
      8. For small orders, if you miss delivery, contact us ASAP to reschedule. Sometimes, the courier company reschedules automatically, and they try 2-3 times to deliver the items to you.   • Availability of products
      1. Most of our products are bespoke and totally depend upon your requirements. Nonetheless, some things might be held by us now and again because material required to complete the order may not accessible from stock. In this case you will be informed, and you will have the choice either to hold up until the thing is accessible or to drop that aspect of your request. 
  • Purchasing
    1. Payment will be taken in full at the hour of the request otherwise we have the right to decline or suspend your request. By presenting your request you are offering to purchase the products and permitting us to utilize your own details for the motivations of delivering the product and to do so passing your details for to the courier company as well.  We will not be responsible for any postponement if you give us the wrong details.

For bespoke items, if any error is found before we have started manufacturing it, we may have the option to correct the mistake if you contact us by telephone during our ordinary working hours. Some charges may apply, depending on the improvement in order.

In order to start with your order handling process, you should give us with your email address so we can tell you as quickly as time permits to affirm receipt of your request and to affirm details. For clarification, this correspondence doesn’t indicate an agreement between us. We will require your affirmation in order to start working on your request via email even if you are requesting via telephone, any mistake in your estimating afterwards will not be our responsibility.
    5. After receiving the confirmation email that will be the first working day on your order not the day when you placed your order for the very first time. Invoices will be provided through email; it is your obligation to check the receipt and report any inconsistencies in size or detail as quickly as time permits.
    6. The Drawing will be provided to the customer for confirmation. Once the customer approves it, we will not take any responsibility for the mistake, but we will still help the customer correct the error if possible on reasonable grounds and possible salutation. It might be free of cost or need to pay for it. 
  • Delivery
      1. You need to pay for delivery unless we occasionally offer free delivery, which we will mention beforehand as required. The delivery fee depends upon various factors like your location, Product details, or delivery speed, but it is not limited to these. Please note that we predominantly deliver to addresses inside the United Kingdom. We can provide international delivery, but the cost will be higher.
      2. It is your responsibility to provide us accurate delivery address as we will only deliver to the location that you would have confirmed in your request. Please be exact about where and who you might want the products left in case you are not available when we deliver. We cannot acknowledge any risk for any misfortune or harm to the products once they have been delivered as per your directions except if this is brought about by our carelessness.
      3. We are not responsible for any harm caused during travel or upon delivery if you pick a distinctive courier instead of the one we use. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by natural conditions like bad weather, issues of the delivery company like strikes, or any kind of emergency situation.
      4. Our delivery driver will only deliver the items to your door. It’s your responsibility to unload and place items inside. You can free-pick up your items from our store, but you have to confirm the timings with us in advance.
      5. Once items are delivered to you, it is significant that they are checked for harm or missing parts. Item should be mentioned as ‘unchecked’ or ‘harmed’ or ‘parts missing’ and you must inform us about that within– HOURS/DAYS otherwise we are not responsible for any loss. But we will try our best to help solve the issue for you. 
      6. We are not responsible for any delay if an item gets lost in transit. For items under £300, we need 5 to 15 days to investigate, and if our courier company confirms the lost item, we will provide you with a replacement. For any item above £300, we need 28 or more days until our courier company confirms that they can help you with the replacement item.
      7. During a heavy workload, some orders might be delayed, but our aim is to provide you with the best and fastest service. Under any circumstance, if any delay occurs, we will inform you and try to fulfil your order ASAP.
      8. For small orders, if you miss delivery, contact us ASAP to reschedule. Sometimes, the courier company reschedules automatically, and they try 2-3 times to deliver the items to you. Charges may apply. Otherwise, the item will return to us, which will take a few days as well. After that, you have to reschedule with us, and full delivery charges will apply at that time. We provide tracking details for each order for hassle-free delivery.
      9. Once delivered, items become your property, and you are responsible for any loss, damage, or demolition. Please guarantee that you are in receipt of your products before arranging an installer. 
      10. We are not liable for misfortunes you may cause through missed delivery times or harm got during travel. If you hang your gates before informing us of any delivery damage or faults then we are under no commitment to repair, replace or discount them.
      11. If the courier company cannot cope with their delivery time slot service mentioned to you we are not responsible for that. Use of abusive language or calling names to us or our delivery employee is strictly prohibited. We have the right to take legal action for such misbehaviour.

  • Installation
      1. We are not responsible for any damage, injury or loss of life caused by any other installer. All automated gates must be inspected with right amount of pressure before installation and make sure to do additional safety checks as these can lead to profoundly serious injuries and even death. Feel free to contact us for any safety advice beforehand.
  • Cancellation by you
    1. Bespoke item contracts cannot be cancelled by you once ordered. This puts them outside of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
    2. If you have received the bespoke goods before you cancel your contract, you must send them back to our contact address. If we have already processed the goods for delivery but you want to cancel the contract,you should not unpack the goods when you receive them, and you will be responsible for sending them back to us at your own risk ASAP.
    3. You must notify us via email to info@metalgatesuk.co.uk about the cancellation of your contract, any amount debited by us from you will be re-credited to your account ASAP, and in any event, within 30 days of cancellation. However, the returned products must be in a re-sellable condition otherwise, a charge up to the amount of 20% will be deducted from your refund. For bespoke goods which will be cancelled after entering the manufacturer’s stated, only 30% of the amount will be refunded.
    4. For Bespoke orders which are not refundable after the manufacturing, if you want to cancel the order, you must be notified within 2 working days of payment. 
    5. For the returning items which are not faulty, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for their delivery. 
    6. We will take responsibility for fixing any faulty item unless it is damaged after delivery any damage must be reported while delivering to the courier however we still help the customer in case they fail to report the issue while delivering as long as the arrangement will be in good manners. 
    7. For the returning items which are not faulty, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for their delivery. 
    8. You can receive a full refund if you cancel before the drawing is confirmed or within two days of payment.
  • Cancellation by us
    1. We have the right not to process your order if:
  • Items are not available in stock.
  • We cannot deliver to your mentioned address
  • Any items are mispriced by our supplier due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information
  1. We will inform you about the cancellation via email and any amount debited by us will be refunded to you ASAP and in any event within 30 days of cancellation.
  • Liability
    1. If you don’t get products requested by you inside 30 days of the date on which you requested them as per provision 2 and choose to drop the request as opposed to rearrange delivery date (as per section 9), we will furnish you with a full discount. this doesn’t make a difference to bespoke products outside of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

We don’t acknowledge risk for anything you do or neglect to do mentioned in these terms, or is because of occasions which are past our sensible control nor for any installation cost.     3. You should watch and consent to every single legislation and regulation, i.e., all permits required to buy from us, customs, or any import or export permits. The importation or exportation of our products to you might be disallowed by certain public laws. We acknowledge no obligation regarding import export of goods you are buying from us.
