Prices are given at the point of ordering or in response to a quotation. The quoted prices are valid for 7 days. Website prices are correct at point of order. Quoted prices by telephone, fax or e-mail may differ from listed prices on the website. We reserve the right to change prices due to changing material prices, but we will notify you before completing the order. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, cash, cheque. Credit accounts are available upon request, subject to status.
Availability of products
Most of our products are bespoke and totally depend upon your requirements. Nonetheless, some things might be held by us now and again because material required to complete the order may not accessible from stock. In this case you will be informed, and you will have the choice either to hold up until the thing is accessible or to drop that aspect of your request.
Delivery & Pick-Up
- You need to pay for delivery unless we offer free delivery occasionally which we will mention beforehand as required. Delivery fees depend upon various factors like your location, Product details or delivery speed but not limited to these. We provide tracking details for each order for hassle free delivery. You can free pickup your items from our store, but we let you know the timing and date of collection.
- We use national carriers to deliver goods nationwide and our own vehicles for local delivery. The next day delivery service is not a guaranteed service and no compensation is available for late deliveries. A signature is required for delivery of goods.

Our best efforts are made to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate and up to date. We may change product descriptions at any time without notice. Due to the nature of the products we sell, actual products and dimensions may differ slightly from the photographic illustration.
Receipt of Goods
Once items are delivered to you, it is significant that they are checked for harm or missing parts. It is your responsibility to provide us accurate delivery address as we will only deliver to the location that you would have confirmed in your request. Upon receipt of damaged or faulty goods, notification must be given to us within 24 hours.
Cancellation & Returns
You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 14 days of receipt of delivery. For goods that have been delivered, the customer must pay for the return of the goods and we will refund the order. For damaged or faulty goods, we will not only offer to send a replacement or a full refund of the value of the goods. But also we will pay for the collection of goods or reimburse the customer for the cost of returning to us. For the returning items which are not faulty, you will be responsible to arrange and pay for their delivery. In any case if we are responsible for sending you wrong item please contact us ASAP with Evidence that shown you received wrong item and then we will do free replacement for you.
You reserve the option to ask us not to handle your own information for advertising purposes. We will plan to advise you before gathering your information if we mean to utilize your information for such purposes, or we expect to reveal your data to any outsider for such reason. You have the right to see your personal data we are keeping by sending a written request.
